Terms of Service
By using this site or submitting a request you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The Service
flashcashadvance.com is not a lender and does not make credit decisions or fund loans. We operate a request form and connect that request with lenders and lending partners in our network. The service is free to you. Submitting a request does not guarantee an offer, or a specific rate, term, or amount. Approval, APR, fees, and funding are decided by the lender that reviews your request.
flashcashadvance.com may receive compensation from lenders or lending partners when a request is matched or funded. That compensation may affect which lenders receive a request and in what order. It never changes the terms a lender offers you. Some requests may be matched with tribal lenders, whose rates and fees can differ from those of state-licensed lenders and who may operate under federal and tribal law rather than state law.
Eligibility
To use this service you must be a U.S. resident, at least 18 years old, with a regular income and an active checking account, and you must meet the requirements of the lenders in our network. Availability, amounts and loan products vary by state, and not all lenders operate in all states. You must be able to enter a binding contract and you must not be subject to a bankruptcy proceeding that prevents you from borrowing. Active-duty servicemembers and their dependents are protected by the Military Lending Act, which caps the cost of most consumer credit at 36% Military APR; lenders in the network are required to honor it.
Your Request
You agree that everything you enter in the request form is true, complete and about you. Submitting a request on behalf of another person, entering false income or identity details, or using someone else's bank account is fraud and may be reported. Lenders may verify the information you provide and, where the law allows, obtain consumer credit reports or other credit data to evaluate your request. By submitting a request you authorize lenders in the network to perform those checks. Late or missed payments may be reported to credit bureaus and can lower your credit score. Reporting practices vary by lender.
Submitting a request is not an application for a specific loan and does not obligate you to accept any offer. A loan exists only when you sign a lender's agreement.
Loan Terms Are Set by the Lender
Lenders in the network typically offer amounts from $100 to $25,000. Repayment periods commonly range from 14 days to 36 months depending on the product and your state. APRs for short-term loans can range from about 36% to over 400% depending on state law and lender. The exact APR, fees, schedule and total cost are shown by the lender before you accept any offer. By accepting a loan offer you agree to repay it on the schedule in the lender agreement. Late, partial or missed payments can add fees and penalties as described in that agreement. flashcashadvance.com does not see individual lender fee schedules and cannot estimate what a late payment would cost you. Renewal, rollover or extension options, where a state allows them, are set by the lender and disclosed in the lender agreement. Rolling a short-term loan over adds cost. Review renewal terms before you accept a loan. flashcashadvance.com is not involved in loan servicing or debt collection. Servicing and collection are handled by the lender under its agreement and applicable law. Questions about a payment schedule or a collection contact go to the lender named in your loan documents.
Electronic Communications
You consent to receive disclosures, agreements and notices electronically as described in our E-Consent, and to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy and Text Message Policy. You can withdraw those consents at any time by the methods described on those pages.
Educational Content and Tools
The content and tools on this site are for general educational purposes only and are not financial, legal, or tax advice. Estimates from our calculators are illustrations, not offers. State law summaries are checked against statutes and regulator publications and carry a review date, but laws change and summaries can lag. Confirm anything that matters with the regulator listed on the state page or with a licensed professional before you rely on it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site to submit false information, to scrape or copy content at scale, to interfere with the form or the servers, to probe or test security without written permission, or to do anything unlawful. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
Intellectual Property
The text, design, illustrations and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share links for personal use. You may not republish or resell the content without permission. Statutes and government publications linked from the site are public records and are not ours.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and the service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a lender will respond, or that any offer will suit you. Our full Disclaimer is part of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site, a request you submit, or a loan you accept from a lender. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.
Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from claims and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from false information you submit, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the site operator is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us through the contact form and give us 30 days to resolve it. Disputes about a loan are between you and the lender and are governed by the lender's agreement, which may contain its own arbitration clause; read it before you sign.
Changes and Termination
We may change these terms by posting a new version at this address; continued use after a change is acceptance. We may end or restrict access to the site at any time. Sections on liability, indemnity and disputes survive termination.
Government Non-Affiliation
