flashcashadvance.com operates a loan request form and educational pages about short-term credit. flashcashadvance.com is not a lender and does not make credit decisions or fund loans. We operate a request form and connect that request with lenders and lending partners in our network. When you submit a request, the information you enter is delivered to lenders and lending partners in our network so they can decide whether to make you an offer.
Information We Collect
Information you give us in the request form: name, address, email, phone number, date of birth, Social Security number, driver's licence or state ID details, employment and income details, pay frequency, bank account and routing numbers, the amount you are asking for, and whether you are an active-duty servicemember or dependent.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page you arrived from, and the date and time of each visit. The request form provider may also collect device signals used to detect fraud and automated traffic.
Information from the contact form: your name, email address and the message you send.
Information we do not want: please do not send account numbers, identification documents or loan paperwork through the contact form. We cannot act on them and will delete them.
How We Use Information
- To deliver your request to lenders and lending partners licensed for your state and to let them evaluate it.
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud, including through the request form provider's fraud-detection tools.
- To respond to messages you send through the contact form.

Who Receives Your Information
Lenders and lending partners. Your request, including your Social Security number and bank details, is shared with lenders and lending partners in the network so they can consider it. Some may pass it on to other lenders if they cannot help you. Each lender that receives your request is responsible for its own use of it under its own privacy policy, which it must give you before you accept a loan.
Service providers. The request form is operated by a third-party technology provider on our behalf. It processes your entries, performs identity and fraud checks, and routes the request. Our hosting, email and analytics providers process limited technical data.
Legal and safety. We disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to a subpoena or court order, to protect the rights and safety of users or the public, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
flashcashadvance.com may receive compensation from lenders or lending partners when a request is matched or funded. That compensation may affect which lenders receive a request and in what order. It never changes the terms a lender offers you. Some requests may be matched with tribal lenders, whose rates and fees can differ from those of state-licensed lenders and who may operate under federal and tribal law rather than state law.
Marketing Contact and Consent
By submitting your request, you agree to be contacted by flashcashadvance.com and its lending partners by phone, text message, and email, including through automated or prerecorded technology, at the number and address you provide, even if it is on a do-not-call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in any message you receive. You can stop text messages by replying STOP to any message and stop emails through the unsubscribe link in any email. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Sharing your request with lenders and lending partners in exchange for a referral fee may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states. You have the right to opt out.
Before you submit: the simplest way to prevent any sale or sharing is not to submit the request form. Browsing the site does not create a request.
After you submit: send a message through the contact form with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and the email address and phone number you used on the request. We will stop any further sharing by us within 15 business days and forward your request to the form provider. Lenders that already received your request will be asked to honor it, but each lender is a separate business and you may also need to contact it directly; its privacy policy will tell you how.
Global Privacy Control: we treat a browser-level opt-out preference signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18, and we do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose other than delivering your request.
Your Other Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to limit the use of sensitive information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of Nevada may opt out of the sale of covered information by contacting us as above. Residents of Vermont are not subject to sharing with non-affiliated third parties without consent, and we treat a submitted request as that consent.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The site sets a small number of first-party cookies and local storage values to remember your theme, your accessibility settings and, on the request form, your progress. The request form provider may set cookies and use device fingerprinting to detect fraud. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; the site works without them apart from the saved preferences.
How Long We Keep Information
Request data is held by the form provider and lenders under their retention schedules and the laws that apply to lending records, typically several years. Contact form messages are kept for up to two years. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. We keep opt-out records for as long as needed to honor them.
Security
The request form is served over an encrypted connection and sensitive fields are encrypted in transit. We limit access to personal information to the people and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been misused, contact us and the lender involved immediately.
Children
The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted a request, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to Other Sites
State pages link to regulators, statutes and federal agencies, and lenders will send you to their own sites to sign. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The current version is always at this address, and material changes are announced on this page before they take effect.
