Disclaimer and Material Disclosures
Everything the short footer disclosure summarizes, in full. Read it before you submit a request.
Not a Lender
flashcashadvance.com is not a lender and does not make credit decisions or fund loans. We operate a request form and connect that request with lenders and lending partners in our network. We do not have access to the lender's decision, its underwriting criteria or your loan account.
No Guarantee of an Offer
Submitting a request does not guarantee an offer, or a specific rate, term, or amount. Approval, APR, fees, and funding are decided by the lender that reviews your request. Any statement on this site about how fast lenders decide or fund describes how the process usually works, not a promise about your request.
How We Are Paid
flashcashadvance.com may receive compensation from lenders or lending partners when a request is matched or funded. That compensation may affect which lenders receive a request and in what order. It never changes the terms a lender offers you. Some requests may be matched with tribal lenders, whose rates and fees can differ from those of state-licensed lenders and who may operate under federal and tribal law rather than state law.
Loan Amounts, Terms and APR
Lenders in the network typically offer amounts from $100 to $25,000. Repayment periods commonly range from 14 days to 36 months depending on the product and your state. APRs for short-term loans can range from about 36% to over 400% depending on state law and lender. The exact APR, fees, schedule and total cost are shown by the lender before you accept any offer.
Representative examples, using the federal formula (fee divided by amount, times 365, divided by days for single-payment loans; standard amortization for installment loans):
| Amount | Term | Fee or rate | Total repaid | APR |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $300 | 14 days | $45 flat fee | $345 | 391% |
| $500 | 3 monthly payments | 180% APR | $656.97 | 180% |
| $2,000 | 12 monthly payments | 36% APR | $2,411.09 | 36% |
These are illustrations, not offers. Your lender shows the exact APR, fees, payment schedule and total cost before you accept.
Credit Checks and Reporting
Lenders may verify the information you provide and, where the law allows, obtain consumer credit reports or other credit data to evaluate your request. By submitting a request you authorize lenders in the network to perform those checks. Late or missed payments may be reported to credit bureaus and can lower your credit score. Reporting practices vary by lender. Requesting through this site is not itself reported to the credit bureaus.
Late Payments, Collections and Renewals
By accepting a loan offer you agree to repay it on the schedule in the lender agreement. Late, partial or missed payments can add fees and penalties as described in that agreement. flashcashadvance.com does not see individual lender fee schedules and cannot estimate what a late payment would cost you.
flashcashadvance.com is not involved in loan servicing or debt collection. Servicing and collection are handled by the lender under its agreement and applicable law. Questions about a payment schedule or a collection contact go to the lender named in your loan documents. Collectors must follow the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and state law; your state page lists the regulator that takes complaints.
Renewal, rollover or extension options, where a state allows them, are set by the lender and disclosed in the lender agreement. Rolling a short-term loan over adds cost. Review renewal terms before you accept a loan.
Tribal Lenders
Some lenders in the network are owned by federally recognized Native American tribes and operate under tribal and federal law rather than state law. Their rates and fees may exceed your state's cap and their agreements may require disputes to be resolved under tribal law. The lender's agreement will identify it as a tribal lender; read that section before you sign. Our tribal loans page explains the differences.
State Availability
To use this service you must be a U.S. resident, at least 18 years old, with a regular income and an active checking account, and you must meet the requirements of the lenders in our network. Availability, amounts and loan products vary by state, and not all lenders operate in all states. In states where payday loans are prohibited or capped, the network may offer installment loans that follow that state's rules, or nothing at all. The state pages show what is allowed where you live.
Educational Content
The content and tools on this site are for general educational purposes only and are not financial, legal, or tax advice. Estimates from our calculators are illustrations, not offers. State law summaries are checked against statutes and regulator publications and show a review date; laws change, and the regulator listed on each state page is the authority.
Consent to Contact and Electronic Records
By submitting your request, you agree to be contacted by flashcashadvance.com and its lending partners by phone, text message, and email, including through automated or prerecorded technology, at the number and address you provide, even if it is on a do-not-call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in any message you receive.
Our E-Consent and Text Message Policy describe electronic delivery and texting in full.
Government Non-Affiliation
flashcashadvance.com is a privately operated service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any federal, state, or local government agency.
