About Flash Cash Advance
We run a request form and a set of pages that tell you what a short-term loan costs in your state. We do not lend money, and we say so on every page.
What We Do
You fill in one short form. It goes to lenders in a network that are licensed to lend in your state. If one of them accepts, you see its offer with the amount, the fee, the APR and the due date, and you decide. If you say no, nothing happens. If you say yes, the lender sends the money to your bank and you deal with that lender from then on.
That is the whole service. There is no account to create, no app to install, no fee to ask.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not make credit decisions. The lender does, on its own criteria.
- We do not set rates or fees. The lender does, inside the limits your state allows.
- We do not guarantee approval, an amount, a rate or a funding time. Nobody honest can.
- We do not service or collect loans. Questions about a payment go to the lender named in your agreement.
- We do not sell your details to anyone outside the request. The privacy policy spells out who receives what.
How We Are Paid
Lenders and lending partners pay us a referral fee when a request is matched or funded. That is the business model, and it has one consequence you should know about: it can affect which lenders receive your request and in what order. It cannot affect the terms a lender offers you, because we are not part of that decision. Some requests may reach tribal lenders, whose rules differ from state-licensed lenders; the disclaimer covers that in full.
The Rules We Write By
Every claim about a law cites the statute or the regulator. Every cost figure shows its arithmetic. Every state page lists the agency that takes complaints, with a phone number, because the day you need it is not the day to go searching. We do not publish approval rates, funding-time promises, star ratings or reviews we cannot verify, and we do not invent them to fill a page.
Where a page says "many lenders decide within minutes", that is what lenders in the network report and what the CFPB describes for automated small-dollar lending. Where it says "usually next business day", that is how ACH transfers work. When the honest answer is "it depends on your state", the page says that and links to the state.
Who Writes the Pages
Guides are written by our four writers, each covering one part of the subject: what the products are, what they cost, who qualifies, and what happens if a payment is missed. Every guide carries the name of the writer responsible for it, and the editorial policy sets out how each claim is checked.
Who We Are For
Adults in the United States who are short before a pay date and want the cost in front of them before they decide. If that is you, the state pages are the place to start, the calculators turn any offer into a total and an APR, and the guides answer the questions people ask before they press submit.
If you have a question we have not answered, the contact page reaches a person. We answer questions about the site and the form. We cannot see or discuss your loan with a lender, because we never have it.
