Consent to Electronic Communications and Signatures
Federal law lets us and the lenders in our network give you documents electronically only with your consent. This page is that consent and explains what it means.
What You Are Agreeing To
By using this website and submitting a request, you consent under the federal E-SIGN Act to receive all communications, agreements, disclosures, notices, and other information from flashcashadvance.com and the lenders and lending partners we connect you with in electronic form, including by email, by text message, and by posting on this website, instead of on paper. This consent covers this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, the consent and TCPA disclosures, and any documents related to your request. To access and keep electronic communications you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, and a valid email address, and you are responsible for keeping your contact details current. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. You may withdraw this consent or request a free paper copy of any disclosure at any time through our contact form, though doing so may mean we can no longer provide the matching service.
Documents Covered
- This E-Consent, our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Disclaimer and Text Message Policy.
- The consent to contact and credit authorization shown on the request form.
- A lender's loan agreement, Truth in Lending disclosure, privacy notice, payment authorization and any later notices about the loan, once you are dealing with that lender. The lender will ask for its own consent and it controls those documents.
Electronic Signatures
Clicking a button labelled Submit, I Agree, Sign or similar, typing your name in a signature field, or replying to a text or email as instructed has the same effect as a handwritten signature. Do not click those buttons unless you intend to sign.
What You Need
- A computer, tablet or phone with internet access and a current version of a common browser.
- A valid email address that you check, and a phone number that can receive texts if you choose to receive them.
- Software that can open PDF files, since some lender documents are delivered that way.
- Enough storage or a printer to keep copies. We recommend saving every document you sign.
If these requirements change in a way that affects your ability to receive documents, we will tell you and give you the chance to withdraw consent.
Paper Copies
You can ask for a free paper copy of any document we gave you electronically by using the contact form with the document name and your mailing address. Lenders have their own procedures for paper copies, described in their agreements.
Withdrawing Consent
You can withdraw this consent at any time through the contact form. Withdrawal takes effect once we process it and does not affect documents already delivered. Because the request service works entirely online, withdrawing consent means we can no longer deliver your request to lenders. Withdrawing consent with a lender is governed by that lender's agreement and may affect how it services your loan.
Keeping Your Details Current
You are responsible for telling us and any lender you deal with if your email address or phone number changes. A document sent to the address on file counts as delivered even if you no longer use it.
Text Messages
Standard message and data rates may apply to texts. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them; reply HELP for help. Stopping texts does not withdraw this consent for email and website delivery. See the Text Message Policy.
